Sauté vegetable Sandwich



Ingredients 

  • Carrot - 0.5 cup
  • Capsicum - 0.5 cup
  • Mushroom - 0.5 cup
  • Oregano -1 tsp
  • Chilli Flakes - 1tsp
  • Salt - 1tsp
  • Bread - 4
  • Oil - 0.5 tsp
  • Butter - 7 g
  • Curd - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Recipe

  • Spray some oil into a pan.
  • Add chopped vegetables into pan and saute for 10 min.
  • Add oregano, salt and chili flakes and mix well.
  • Add 7g white butter and coat the vegetables.
  • Add 1 tsp lemon juice to the vegetables.
  • Toast bread on both sides.
  • Spread green chutney on one bread and spread vegetables.
  • And chilli to curd to create tandoori mayonnaise.
  • Spread tandoori mayonnaise on other bread.
  • Place the 2nd bread on top of the vegetables to create the sandwich.
  • Serve hot!
