Ingredients
- Roti- 2
- Green Vegetables - 5
- Lettuce - 2
- Coriander Chutney - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1
- Ghee - 1 tsp
Recipe
- Divide a leftover Roti in four portions and make slits in between.
- Spread green chutney, sauted veggies, onion, and lettuce one by one in different portions.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on and fold the portion one over the other.
- Now on a flat pan, heat desi ghee and place the stuffed folded wrap carefully.
- Roast it for 1 to 2 minutes by flipping 2-3 times.
- Serve it hot.
