Ingredients
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Mint Leaf - 5
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Lemon - 1 tbsp
- Watermelon - 2 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Chia seed - 2 tbsp
Recipe
- This recipe will make 2 servings of watermelon slush.
- Add chia seeds to the water in the first place.
- Stir the chia seeds and water, then set it aside for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the diced watermelon, water, lemon juice, mint leaves, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a jar.
- Add the chia seed water to the mixture and stir them gently until both the mixtures are mixed evenly.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled and thickened, stir the slush mixture well.
- Serve the watermelon slush in glasses, garnished with additional mint leaves or watermelon slices.
