Ingredients
- Papaya - 1/4
- Dates - 3 deseeded
- Water - 1/4 glass
- Ice Cube - 4
- Oats - 1/4 cup
- Pumpkin Seeds - 1tsp
Recipe
- This recipe will make 1 serving.
- Peel the papaya and slice it into small pieces. Add papaya, dates, ice cubes, and oats in a blender.
- Blend all ingredients together for few seconds.
- Now, add water in the blender and again blend until smooth consistency.
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and (optional) garnish it with pumpkin seeds.
- Serve Chilled!
