Papaya - Banana Curd Smoothie

 

Ingredients 

  • Papaya - 1/4
  • Banana - 1 frozen
  • Curd or Unflavoured Yogurt - 1 cup (110 g)
  • Ice Cube - 3
  • (Optional) Water - 1/4 glass (60 ml)
  • Optional) Mix Seeds - 1 tsp
  • (Optional) Chia Seeds - 1 tsp overnight soaked
  • (Optional) Chopped Figs - 1 tsp

Recipe 

  • This recipe will make 1 serving of Papaya Banana Curd Smoothie.
  • Peel the papaya and banana. Cut them into small pieces.
  • Add papaya, banana, curd, (optional) chia seeds, and (optional) mix seeds in a blender.
  • (Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
  • Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liquid like consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and (optional) garnish it with chopped figs.
  • Serve Chilled!
