Papaya - Banana Curd Smoothie
Ingredients
- Papaya - 1/4
- Banana - 1 frozen
- Curd or Unflavoured Yogurt - 1 cup (110 g)
- Ice Cube - 3
- (Optional) Water - 1/4 glass (60 ml)
- Optional) Mix Seeds - 1 tsp
- (Optional) Chia Seeds - 1 tsp overnight soaked
- (Optional) Chopped Figs - 1 tsp
Recipe
- This recipe will make 1 serving of Papaya Banana Curd Smoothie.
- Peel the papaya and banana. Cut them into small pieces.
- Add papaya, banana, curd, (optional) chia seeds, and (optional) mix seeds in a blender.
- (Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
- Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liquid like consistency.
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and (optional) garnish it with chopped figs.
- Serve Chilled!
