Mango Beetroot Smoothie


Ingredients 

  • Mango - 1/2 cup (85 g)
  • Beetroot - 1/2 cup (90 g) boiled
  • Curd or Unflavoured Yogurt - 1 cup (110 g)
  • Ice Cube - 3
  • (Optional) Chia Seeds - 1 tsp 
  • (Optional) Water - 1/4 glass (60 ml)
  • (Optional) Sugar or Honey - 1/2 tsp
  • (Optional) Seed Mix - 1 tsp

Recipe

  • This recipe makes 1 serving.
  • Peel the mangoes and beetroot. Then, cut them into small pieces.
  • Add mangoes, beetroot,curd, ice, and (optional) chia seeds in a blender.
  • (Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
  • (Optional) For a hint of sweetness, you can add sugar or honey to the mixture.
  • Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liquid like consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and (optional) garnish it with seeds mix.
  • Serve Chilled!
