Ingredients
- Mango - 1/2 cup (85 g)
- Beetroot - 1/2 cup (90 g) boiled
- Curd or Unflavoured Yogurt - 1 cup (110 g)
- Ice Cube - 3
- (Optional) Chia Seeds - 1 tsp
- (Optional) Water - 1/4 glass (60 ml)
- (Optional) Sugar or Honey - 1/2 tsp
- (Optional) Seed Mix - 1 tsp
Recipe
- This recipe makes 1 serving.
- Peel the mangoes and beetroot. Then, cut them into small pieces.
- Add mangoes, beetroot,curd, ice, and (optional) chia seeds in a blender.
- (Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
- (Optional) For a hint of sweetness, you can add sugar or honey to the mixture.
- Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liquid like consistency.
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and (optional) garnish it with seeds mix.
- Serve Chilled!
