Ghiya(lauki) Juice


Ingredients 

  • Bottle Gourd (lauki)- 250g
  • Mint Leaf - 9
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp, or as per taste
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin (Jeera) Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Natural Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Recipe 

  • This recipe will make 1 serving of Ghiya Juice.
  • Peel Ghiya and chop into small pieces.

  • Add chopped ghiya, mint leaves, ginger, salt, black pepper, and cumin powder into a blender.
  • Add water and blend mixture till thick paste- like consistency.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass.
  • Squeeze lemon into juice and serve chilled.
