Ingredients
- Banana - 2 medium-sized
- Curd or Unflavoured Yogurt - 1 cup
- Ice Cube - 2 to 3
- (Optional) Water - 1/4 glass
- (Optional) Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
- (Optional) Seed Mix - 1 tsp
Recipe
- This recipe will make 1 serving of Banana Curd Smoothie.
- Peel the bananas and cut it into small pieces.
- Add banana, curd, ice, and (optional) cardamom powder in a blender.
- (Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
- Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liguid like consistency.
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and (optional) garnish it with seeds mix.
- Serve Chilled!
