Banana Curd Smoothie

 


Ingredients

  • Banana - 2 medium-sized
  • Curd or Unflavoured Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Ice Cube - 2 to 3
  • (Optional) Water - 1/4 glass
  • (Optional) Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • (Optional) Seed Mix - 1 tsp


Recipe

  • This recipe will make 1 serving of Banana Curd Smoothie.
  • Peel the bananas and cut it into small pieces.
  • Add banana, curd, ice, and (optional) cardamom powder in a blender.
  • (Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
  • Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liguid like consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and (optional) garnish it with seeds mix.
  • Serve Chilled!
