Ingredients
- Apple - 1 medium-sized
- Curd or unflavoured yogurt - 1 cup (110 g)
- Ice cube - 3
- (Optional) Water - 1/4 glass (60 ml)
- (Optional) Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- (Optional) Sugar or Honey - 1/2 tsp
- (Optional) Chia seeds - 1 tsp overnight soaked
Recipe
- This recipe will make 1 serving of Apple Curd Smoothie.
- Peel the apple and slice it into small pieces.
- Add apple, curd, (optional) chia seeds and (optional) cinnamon powder in a blender.
- (Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
- (Optional) For a hint of sweetness, you can add sugar or honey to the mixture.
- Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liquid like consistency.
- Pour the smoothie in a glass and Serve Chilled!
