Apple Curd Smoothie ๐ŸŽ

Ingredients 

  • Apple - 1 medium-sized
  • Curd or unflavoured yogurt - 1 cup (110 g)
  • Ice cube - 3
  • (Optional) Water - 1/4 glass (60 ml)
  • (Optional) Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  • (Optional) Sugar or Honey - 1/2 tsp
  • (Optional) Chia seeds - 1 tsp overnight soaked

Recipe 

  • This recipe will make 1 serving of Apple Curd Smoothie.
  • Peel the apple and slice it into small pieces.
  • Add apple, curd, (optional) chia seeds and (optional) cinnamon powder in a blender.
  • (Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
  • (Optional) For a hint of sweetness, you can add sugar or honey to the mixture.
  • Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liquid like consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and Serve Chilled!
